The Soft Reset is not a typical coaching program. It’s a space where you’re allowed to slow down. To become more honest with yourself. And gently realign with who you truly are. Without pressure. Without trying to “fix” yourself. But by reconnecting to what has always been there.

How the journey works
A small, intimate group (4–6 people) to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

- 5 guided group sessions (2 live in Vienna & 3 online)
- Workbook for reflection & integration
- WhatsApp group for connection & sharing in between the sessions
