This is not just coaching. It’s a supported transition space where you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

How the Journey works:
We begin with a free discovery call, where we explore whether this space feels right for you, where you are right now and and where you want to go.
If it does, we enter a private 1:1 space, where you are supported through your transition.
This includes:
- 1:1 coaching sessions (online), bi-weekly so that you have enough time to integrate everything that shifts gently
- Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions
- Personalized reflections and gentle practices
- A safe space for processing, integration and real-life decisions

While traditional therapy often focuses on the why of your past, Life Counseling is more focused on the future and about the how — how to understand yourself, make empowered choices, and create a life that truly fits who you are.

In Austria, coaching and life counseling are currently not covered by public health insurance. This is because the work is not focused on treating illness, but on supporting you in prevention, personal development and creating a life that feels aligned and sustainable.

High sensitivity is a natural trait — not an illness, a diagnosis, a weakness or something that needs to be fixed. Highly sensitive people tend to process experiences more deeply, feel emotions more intensely, and are often more aware of subtle changes in their environment. This can be a beautiful strength — bringing empathy, intuition and depth. But without the right support, it can also feel overwhelming, especially in a world that often moves fast and expects constant performance.
In my work, we don’t try to “reduce” your sensitivity. We learn how to understand it, regulate your nervous system, and build a life that actually supports you.
