I’m a certified life counselor, coach, yoga teacher and former burnout survivor — now living and working from my van by the ocean.
My own journey through burnout, depression, self-doubt, and never quite feeling like I belonged showed me something essential: The moment you stop trying to fit in, you finally find yourself.
Travel has been my biggest teacher — leaving the familiar, meeting myself in new places, understanding what freedom to be myself really feels like.
Now I help sensitive women realign their lives — to create a reality that feels peaceful, alive and authentic.

In my work as life counselor & coach I combine a systemic, behavioral, and solution-oriented approach to finding concrete solutions, while integrating mindfulness-based techniques, always tailored to your individual needs.
