Guide for sensitive souls
I’m a certified life counselor, coach and yoga teacher. But more importantly, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to move through the world a little differently.
For many years I struggled with burnout, depression, self-doubt and the quiet feeling that I somehow didn’t fully belong in the life I was living. From the outside everything looked “fine”.
Inside, something felt deeply misaligned.
It took me a long time to understand that the problem was never that I was too sensitive, too emotional, or too different.
The problem was that I was trying to fit into a life that simply wasn’t made for me.
The moment I stopped trying to fit in, something shifted, and I slowly started to find myself again.
My Journey
Travel became one of my greatest teachers.
Leaving familiar environments, meeting new people and cultures, and spending time alone in nature allowed me to reconnect with something essential:
My own inner voice.
Today I live and work mostly from my van, often close to the ocean.
This lifestyle reminds me every day of the freedom that becomes possible when we start designing our lives in alignment with who we truly are.
Not according to expectations.
Not according to what society defines as success.
But according to what feels true and sustainable for my nervous system, my values, and my soul.
My Work
I support sensitive women who feel that something in their life is no longer aligned.
Women who may feel overwhelmed by the noise of the world, tired of constantly adapting, or unsure how to create a life that truly feels like their own.
Together we explore questions like:
- Who am I when I stop trying to meet everyone’s expectations?
- What do I actually want my life to feel like?
- What changes would allow me to live with more peace, authenticity and freedom?
My role is not to give you answers.
My role is to create a space where your own answers can emerge.

In my work as life counselor & coach I combine a systemic, behavioral, and solution-oriented approach to finding concrete solutions, while integrating mindfulness-based and nervous system oriented techniques, always tailored to your individual needs.
